Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds under normal circumstances.

Wrong Item Delivered – Exchange Policy

An exchange will only be provided if a wrong item has been delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange:

- The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- The customer must visit our physical store in person with the original bill/invoice.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Important:

- We do not offer any refunds.
- We do not offer online returns or exchanges.
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Exchanges will not be processed without a valid bill/invoice.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for any products, including:

- Perishable goods (food items)
- Personal care products
- Sale items
